In our office, we’ve gotten really good at using decorations we can reuse. For our celebrations, we pick fabric banners or ones made from recycled stuff.
There are tons of pretty ones online or you can even make some cool DIY ones with old magazines or dried flowers! It’s fun and super personal.
You can also use eco-friendly balloons and bio gradable confetti.

Picking eco-friendly gifts sounds hard, but it’s actually pretty easy! Last year, our team gave our boss a beautifully crafted bamboo desk organizer plus a stainless steel water bottle that can be reused.
